Demario Richardson

Demario Richardson is a community advocate, storyteller, and healthcare equity professional with extensive experience in HIV advocacy, chronic care management, and leadership development. As a former Dental Care Coordinator at KC Care Health Center, he designed outreach strategies, implemented a dental voucher program, and drove a mobile dental bus to expand access for underserved communities. Demario has also worked on challenging HIV criminalization laws, empowering people living with HIV to tell their stories with confidence and impact. Drawing on his lived experience with HIV, personal healing journey, and deep commitment to legacy-building, he bridges community needs with organizational strategy. Demario is passionate about dismantling stigma, fostering equity, and creating platforms where marginalized voices are centered. He serves as a mentor, facilitator, and advocate, bringing empathy, resilience, and clarity to every initiative he leads.
