Katie Willingham

Katie Willingham is a bisexual, two-spirit, woman of transgender experience living in rural Alabama, she was diagnosed with AIDS in June of 2000 but didn’t get into advocacy until 2016 when she joined the Positive Women’s Network-USA, she helped found the first PWN Alabama Chapter and is still co-chair of that chapter today. Katie is a Community Advisory Board member for The Well Project and is a blogger for WebMD. Katie’s passion is her family and her dogs, oh, and heavy metal music… surprised?
